Wow! I finally held my 1st house-warming yesterday and boy i am glad it was a success! Never did i expect the house-warming to be so tiring and strainful!
Yesterday was my 1st house-warming out of 3 and the 1st was meant for relatives, both mine and my hubby's side only. It was actually a good house-warming since everyone who came were relatives and further bonding can be bulit. Especially my hubby's side. Previously, whenever i visited my hubby's relatives, only greetings were made and no other conversation was carried out. But yesterday, due to showing them around our house, they actually opened up and started to talk more than i expected! One of his uncles actually laughed and joked with me!
I felt that this had drawn close our distance within relatives and the feeling is really great :)
Now...come to the gift part. Yesterday i actually received 2 wines and 1 champagne from my relatives:
Did you notice the one in the middle? Take note, it's not wine but a champagne! Boy i LOVE the champagne carrier it has! It looks just so elegant and classic that the moment my cousion (yes, my cousin was the one who gave that to me) handed it over to me, my eyes just couldn't leave that carrier!
There were of cos some other gifts left unopened and yes, i admit i am being kinda lazy right now to open all of them except for the wine bottles displayed above ^^ Give me some resting time and i shall open all of them later =D

wow, i'm glad you enjoyed the house warming. next week, we'll be buying a house here in Houston...so probably by the end of October, we'll do our house-warming. i'm pretty excited about it! :) enjoy your weekend.
